MAASH is a food company producing Locylia™, a mycoprotein designed as a sustainable, nutritionally complete alternative to animal proteins. Neutral in taste and color, with a meat-like texture, Locylia™ is ideal for use in processed foods, vegan and vegetarian products, as well as meat-blends for hybrid formulations, where the consumption of meat in meat products is reduced.

With 30 years of industrial know-how and experience in the food sector, MAASH operates a production plant that will start industrial operations in January 2026 with a capacity of 10,000 tons. Our mission is to reduce the food industry’s carbon footprint and create a future where meat consumption is more responsible and sustainable.
