By transforming circular economy by-products into sustainable, planet-friendly protein, we are pioneering a new approach to food systems—one that supports healthy, delicious diets for everyone while minimizing environmental impact.

Our product, PEKILO®, is a highly nutritious, fungi-based protein with neutral taste and color. As a versatile and sustainable source of nutrients, PEKILO® makes an ideal drop-in ingredient for food production and pet food. With already existing collaborations with the world’s leading food and feed companies, we are prepared to annually upcycle food industry side streams into up to 3,000 tons of sustainable fungi-based protein. Our first plant is expected to be operational in 2026.
