Rehydrated sun-dried tomatoes paste

Rehydrated, chopped sun-dried tomatoes serve as a better alternative for customers, as this product can typically be quite difficult to handle. The sun-dried tomatoes, after being washed and rehydrated, are chopped in order to produce a purée stabilized in pH, dry matter and salt. The semi-processed product is slightly thermo-treated, which ensures that it is long-lasting in both microbiological and qualitative terms.
