Information
We grow onions in our soils in the countryside of Verona, near our manufacturing plant, from sowing in February up to the harvest in June.
The onions, after being washed and peeled, are minced in order to produce a fine purée (adding salt, and vinegar if needed) which is used in canning industries to produce sauces, spreads, marinades, stuffing and sautéed vegetables
