Shallots are an Italian product grown in our soils in the countryside of Verona,. rom sowing to the harvest, we make sure that the highest quality standards are respected.
The shallots, after being washed and peeled, are minced in order to produce a fine purée (adding salt) which is used in canning industries to produce sauces, spreads, marinades, stuffing and sautéed vegetables
