KERAGUM®H175, is a high grade of a pure natural Carob Bean Gums, derived from the endosperm of the endemic
Moroccan carob tree. This vegetable based product totally free of chemicals, consists of a high molecular weight
galactomannan hydrocolloid, used in the food industry for its thickening and texturizing properties, and also
participating to the mouth feel experience. It’s ideal for applications like ice cream, water ice, low-fat mayonnaise,
dressings, sherbet, cream cheese, jelly products. KERAGUM®H175 shows strong synergies when combined with other
Hydrocolloids.Those benefits, and their very low rate of use in the final product give them a very high usage value.
