Since 1958 Elchais has produced and supplied dehydrated vegetables, herbs and fruits to large multinationals companies as well as medium and small size companies. The company products are shipped to several countries globally including all EU countries, North America (USA, Canada, Mexico), MEA, and Asia.

Elchais operates 2 production sites one in France and the other in Netherlands. All finished products are produced from Non-GMO raw materials and company is Sustainable certified. The available dehydration technologies are Air Drying, Freeze Drying and Vacu Puff® a patented puffing process exclusive to Elchais. The process is fully controlled from farm to fork starting with Elchais Agro Department at farms to finished products ready to ship from the production sites.

The company, with its broad and deep dehydration technology expertise, produces and offers the widest range of dehydrated products under one umbrella. Further, the company has network of global Elchais Partner Suppliers for supply of other dehydrated products and raw materials which complements the in-house capabilities.

Additionally, beyond standard products in the portfolio company provides it is technological knowhow and expertise to create and develop new exclusive bespoke products with customers as required.
