Founded in 1836 as ‘Heinrich Helbing Korndestillerie' in Hamburg, Germany, Ohly has a long history in fermentation, PRECISION EXTRACTION® and spray drying technology. Today, the company has an additional production site in Wisconsin, US, and a Customer Innovation Centre in Chicago.
