Meltec® is a patented system based on semi-solid vegetable fibers (70–75% vegetable fibers; 66% dietary fiber), designed to replace the properties of sugars and syrups with a cleaner label ingredient which has a neutral taste profile.
Meltec® allows you to replace up to 50% of sugars and syrups in a wide range of recipes and applications, while also increasing fiber
content, improving textures, giving body, enhancing creaminess, binding bars
and snacks.
