Perfect for decorating choux pastries, croissants, brioches, and more before baking. -Flavoured white coated pearl sugar:Our flavoured white coated nib sugars add a touch of flavour to your creations. Our standard flavoured coated nib sugar recipes use natural flavourings: mint, lemon, etc. - Coloured coated pearl sugar: Our coloured coated nib sugars add a touch of brightness to your creations. They are made using colourings of natural origin. Available in pink, red, yellow, blue, light brown, orange, and more. - Coloured and flavoured coated pearl sugar: Our coloured and flavoured coated nib sugars act as all-in-one decorations, adding a unique touch of brightness and flavour to your creations. They are made using colourings of natural origin and natural flavourings.
