Decorating powders are ideal for sprinkling on your bakery, pastry, and confectionery products. Our range includes icing sugar and decosnow, both fat-coated to resist moisture and stay stable even on moist or fried products, as well as an uncoated sugar option for classic applications.
Three types:
- Icing sugar is a premier quality natural sugar, composed of 100% sugar. It is ideal for use in doughs and batters, thanks to its homogeneous texture. It also lends a smooth, light texture to pastries and meringues.
- Coated icing sugar: specially designed to resist heat and remain intact when dusted onto your creations. Its coating offers stability and a long-lasting visual effect on your pastries.
- Decosnow: Thanks to their vegetable fat coatings, our premium dextrose-based decorative powders are moisture-resistant, and hold up well over time in both fat-based and naturally moist recipes. This makes them perfect for decorating fried products, baked goods, sweet treats, and desserts.
