Pea Starch Flour is produced through the dry fractionation of yellow peas (Pisum sativum L.). This process allows us to deliver authentic clean-label ingredients without relying on chemical extraction or process water, resulting in a highly sustainable product with a low carbon footprint.

This product is gluten-free. Made from EU-origin raw material.
Pea Starch Flour is available in 25 kg paper valve bags, 1 MT big bags, or in bulk by silo truck.
Pea Starch Flour is manufactured in a facility certified to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, GMP+, and IFS standards, as well as kosher and halal requirements.
