Chunk size pea-based TVP (textured vegetable protein) is an extruded form of Pea Protein Concentrate, containing at least 55% protein. Commonly applied in vegan and hybrid meat. This product is deal for developing wholesome high protein snacks. The base recipe can be enriched with spices and flavors to create a more complex taste profile. This product is gluten-free. Made from EU-origin raw material. PE vacuum packaging protects the product by preventing abrasion between the TVP pieces, thereby minimizing crumbling and powder formation.
