Chunk size pea-based TVP, an extruded form of Pea Protein Concentrate, can be enriched during extrusion with additional proteins to achieve an even more enhanced meat-like fibrous texture and a protein content of up to 60%. The base recipe can be enriched with spices and flavors to create a more complex taste profile. It is widely used not only in vegan meat alternatives but also in the growing segment of hybrid meat products, where it helps reduce costs and minimize environmental impact of the finished product.
This product is gluten-free.

Chunk size pea-based TVP is available in 6 kg vacuum packed units. PE vacuum packaging protects the product by preventing abrasion between the TVP pieces, thereby minimizing crumbling and powder formation.
