NUTRALYS® S grade are soluble pea proteins offering protein enrichment, as well as serving as soy and milk alternatives across many food applications including various baking, dairy, sports nutrition, weight management, senior & clinical nutrition and nutraceuticals. NUTRALYS® S85F has a fine particle size with good solubility, designed for wet applications such as plant-based milk-like beverages with a protein content up to 3%, egg-free glazing or clinical nutrition products.
