Isotonic drink with our Prodiet Hydrolysate B40

An isotonic drink is a carbohydrate–electrolyte solution that promotes the rapid absorption of water, electrolytes and carbohydrate lost during long effort (>3 hours). For this it needs to have an osmolarity close to that of plasma (270–330 mOsm/L). By adding our PRODIET HYDROLYSATE B 40, a native micellar casein hydrolysate with a 40% degree of hydrolysis, the formulation gains additional benefits. It is naturally rich in di-and tripeptides, as well as free amino acids. This ensures rapid digestion and provides a source of EAA* and BCAA*. This contributes to triggering and maintaining muscle protein synthesis during prolonged effort.
