KS-PM is our innovative vegan concept, a functional blend designed as a base for vegan meat analogues. This blend of transglutaminase and different vegetable proteins is a foundation of a binding system, to be processed further into various kinds of meat analogues. It can be used as a paste (for vegan burgers) or in emulsions combined with vegetable oil (for vegan sausages and vegan cold cuts).
