Almost all products in our portfolios, specialty yeast extracts, nutritional and cosmetic ingredients, originate from fermentation processes. With a long-standing tradition of fermentation technologies in Japan, MCLS Europe was established in 2015 to bring the best ingredients in Japan to the European market. We are constantly innovating with a small and dedicated team of experts and our own R&D facilities in Amstelveen, the Netherlands.
