Since our inception in 1993, Factoria-Agro Ltd has become one of the leading European producers of mustard, flaxseed, and coriander ingredients. Together with the Zaporizhzhia Oilseed Institute, we pioneered mustard cultivation in Ukraine in the early 1990s as well as developed new seed varieties, characterised by low erucic acid levels and a high oil content. Our innovations, alongside Ukraine’s fertile soil and strong agricultural traditions, are the backbone of our family-owned company, and it fills us with immense pride to be known as the leaders of the oilseed industry in Europe’s breadbasket. Compared to a traditional supply chain, we have direct links to farmers and offer services such as cleaning, pressing, sterilising, grinding, mixing, packing, and in-house distribution. Today, we are proud to offer our largest-ever range of ingredients, including natural essential mustard oil, natural mustard flavour, mustard flour, de-oiled mustard powder, mustard bran, mustard oilcake, mustard seeds, flaxseeds, flaxseed oil and oilcake, coriander seeds, ground coriander, and more.
