FT-100 Natural Potassium Sorbate / Fermented Tapioca is produced from cassava through Saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation and a synthesis process, which is low-carbon, environmentally friendly, and sustainable. FT-100 strongly inhibits putrid bacteria, mold, yeast, and aerobic bacterial activity, while also preventing the growth and proliferation of harmful microorganisms such as Clostridium botulinum, Staphylococcus, and Salmonella. It extends the shelf life of food while maintaining the original food's flavor. In addition, PALLAS' natural potassium sorbate is an unsaturated fatty acid salt that can be absorbed by the human metabolic system and quickly broken down into carbon dioxide and water, leaving no residue in the body.
