Information

Sodium diacetate is a molecular complex of sodium acetate and acetic acid. It is a white hygroscopic crystalline powder or solid with an acetic acid odor, non-toxic, and easily soluble in water and ethanol. The pH of the 10% solution is 4.5~5.0. Mainly used as a food preservative, mold inhibitor, chelating agent, seasoning agent, pH regulator, meat preservation agent, and also the main raw material for composite mold inhibitors.
