Information

Hexahydrate is a crystalline particle, while anhydrous is a crystalline powder. It is colorless to white, odorless, non sour, and has a special fresh taste. It is stable in air and easily soluble in water (35g/100MI at 20 ℃), but insoluble in ethanol. The hexahydrate loses its crystalline water and becomes anhydrous at 120 ℃.
