Polpa Brasil was established in 1999 in Fraiburgo, Santa Catarina—one of Brazil’s major fruit-producing regions. Founded as a family business, it began operations by dehydrating apples and has since expanded its facilities, workforce, and product portfolio to serve brands across the country.
Today, we operate an 11,500 m² industrial plant, employ over 300 people, and handle an annual volume of more than 3,100 tons of fruit, delivering high-quality, safe ingredients with natural flavor on a large scale.
