Melatonin

Melatonin (CAS No.: 73-31-4), a hormone secreted by the human pineal gland, primarily regulates the sleep-wake cycle. By activating melatonin receptors, it shortens sleep latency and alleviates jet lag and circadian rhythm sleep disorders.
