It exists in swiss cheese naturally.
Functions and Usages:
It is a kind of food antiseptic and feed antiseptic,whichhas the widespread inhibitory action in the mold, thesacchar-omycetes and the bacterium. And using in thebread and pastry is as a kind of preservatives. If addedin the feed, it will effectively resist the feed to growmildewy and prolong storage life. If mixed it with otherinorganic salt, it can also enhance domestic animal'smilk production quantity.
