Sucralose is a the low-calorie sweetener made from sugar, tastes like sugar. It is
stable under heat and over a broad range of pH conditions and can be used in
baking or in products that require a longer shelf life. It is a non-nutritive sweetener,
so not promote dental caries, and is safe for consumption by diabetics.
