The FT25X Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger Series is housed on a cabinet which can accommodate one or two barrels, a pin worker and air incorporation. It uses a refrigeration system supplied within the cabinet with a chilled, food-grade refrigerant, which is pumped through the barrel jackets to achieve temperatures to -25 C. Available in 20 or 40 Bar Systems.
