OHLY® SAV-R-SEL is baker´s yeast extract specifically optimised to bring upfront salinity with no major flavour profile changes. OHLY® FLAV-R-MAX (baker´s yeast extract) and PROVESTA® 512 (torula yeast extract) elevate flavours to reduce the need for sodium. All three solutions can be used in combination with potassium chloride and help to mask bitter off-notes.
