SmartBev™ NEER™ is a fast, eco-friendly, and cost-efficient maltose-negative yeast technology that enables the production of zero alcohol beer. This purely biological process eliminates the need for ethanol removal, preserving authentic fermentation flavors for a full beer experience, without the alcohol.
