Nisin is abroad-spectrum bacteriocin produced by strains of Lactococcus lactis subsp. Lactivia submerged fermentation with renewable,non-GMO vegetal materials. The product is enhanced to effectively inhibit Gram-positive bacteria in processed foods such as juice, cheese, cooked meat, sauce and salad dressings.
