SXL series (LBG Alternative)

SXL 20 and SXL 40 are modified guar gum powders designed to replace Locust Bean Gum (LBG) in food applications. SXL 20 replaces LBG at a 1:1 ratio, while SXL 40 does so at 1:0.7.
