SXL 20 and SXL 40 are modified guar gum powders designed to replace Locust Bean Gum (LBG) in food applications. SXL 20 replaces LBG at a 1:1 ratio, while SXL 40 does so at 1:0.7. Ideal for ice cream, yogurt, cheese, salad dressings, and desserts, they enhance texture, stability, and shelf life efficiently and cost-effectively.
