Agrain® Spent Grain ingredients are flour-like ingredients with functional properties made from high quality brewers' spent grain. Designed to clean up food labels by offering multiple advantages in a single ingredient: enhancing culinary value, improving nutrition, and delivering measurable improvements on sustainability.
Complex profile with earthy, citrus and umami notes. Light brown colour.
