Agrain® Sourdough is a dry sourdough crafted with a 90:10 formulation of upcycled spent grain to wheat flour. Designed to effortlessly deliver rustic character and sourdough taste to industry baked products.
Through controlled fermentation and carefully selected drying method, Agrain® Sourdough preserves the mild to tangy aromas developed during fermentation, while taking advantage of the unique nutty to malty notes of spent grain for an artisanal flavour profile in finished products.
